The conference, which takes place for the 4th time, deals with the question ”Digital Divide in the Danube Region: Is it still significant in explaining ICT adoptions in eDemocracy and eGovernment?” and takes place at the Ludovika Campus (Main Building) of the National University of Public Service and the premises of the Andrássy University in Budapest from the 4th till the 5th of May 2017.
Project partners are the University of Applied Sciences – Public Administration and Finance Ludwigsburg, the Austrian Computer Society, Andrássy University Budapest, the Information Society Development Institute Moldova and the National University of Public Service Hungary.
The conference addresses an academic audience, but a panel discussion among political representatives is also planned. Furthermore, there will also be a separate workshop on the problem of “Hate Speech”.
