WORKSHOP “TRAINING IN ADVANCED MATERIAL CHARACTERISATION IN LARGE SCALE RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURES”

The workshop “Training in advanced material characterisation in Large Scale Research Infrastructures” is organized by the Central European Research Infrastructure Consortium – CERIC  and co-funded by the Central European Initiative Cooperation Fund and the Horizon 2020 project ACCELERATE.

It aims to introduce researchers from non-EU CEI countries and additionally from Slovakia to the scientific opportunities available for them in CERIC, as well as to guide them in writing successful proposals to get free open access to top-class EU research infrastructures.

The training includes practical sessions at the CERIC facilities in Trieste and is open to researchers at any career stage (deadline for registration: 31st May 2017).

A limited number of grants, covering the full costs of travel and accommodation, will be available for participants from target countries: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine.
