Information on PA7 29th Steering Group Meeting | 6 June 2025 in Bratislava and online

The 29th Steering Group Meeting of PA7 took place on 6 June 2025 in Bratislava.

The meeting gathered both in-person and online participants, with representatives from Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Montenegro, Slovakia and Serbia.

During the meeting, Steering Group members were informed about ongoing and planned activities not only within Priority Area 7 (PA7) and its working groups, but also by our key stakeholders, including EC DG REGIO, DSP, DRC, IDM, DYC, PA4, Slovak EUSDR NC team and PA7 flagship projects POLICY ANSWERS, HARMONMISSIONS, GeoNetSee, TICCA4DANU and DRP SMF project ForeDanube.

Participants were informed about the results of PA7 analytical papers dealing with challenges in higher education in the Danube Region, participation of Danube Region researchers in ERA and IDM paper on Career Tracking of Danubius Young Scientist Awardees.

Similarly, the invited lecture on Knowledge Society Indicators was presented by Dr Dijana Strbac from the Serbian Institute of Economic Sciences.

Herewith we would like to thank to all participants for their active engagement, support and cooperation in helping us to develop and build upon the knowledge society in the Danube Region.
